Welcome to International Design School (IDS)!

IDS is among Australia’s newest and most exciting specialist design schools.

Situated right in the hub of Melbourne’s Arts and Cultural district, Southbank, IDS provides specialist design training for creative individuals in a comfortable, design-orientated environment.

The Melbourne facility (Sydney opening mid-2008!) features the latest technology and software, and students are taught by the highest quality trainers in the industry. The unique, standalone facility features a large glass atrium over the center of the building, flooding much of the space with natural light. Easily accessed by public transport, and parking spaces out the front, the facility is within minutes walk of Melbourne’s picturesque Royal Botanical Gardens, and the famous arts buildings: National Gallery of Victoria (NGV), Malthouse Theatre, and the iconic Arts Centre – all of which are amazing places for students to gain inspiration.
